Cash Reward Requirements:

To receive the cash reward:
- Submit your cash back claim within 60 days of moving to your new place.
- Your name must appear on the lease agreement as an occupant.
- Move in to the rental property and reside there for more than 31 days.

Cash reward will be paid in the form of a VISA gift card.

You must sign a new lease at a property you found on TexasApartmentKing.com.

Cash reward will not be granted for renewing an existing lease. If you (or anyone leasing with you) have signed a previous lease agreement or have a previous relationship with the property, you will not qualify to receive the cash reward. If you found the property using services or persons other than TexasApartmentKing.com, you will not qualify to receive the cash reward. Additionally, if the property is not listed on TexasApartmentKing.com, you will not qualify to receive the cash reward. Your cash reward will be mailed to you after TexasApartmentKing.com gets paid by the property.

When visiting a property, you or your leasing agent must put in writing that you used TexasApartmentKing.com to find your apartment.

It is very important to let the property's leasing agent know you found their listing on TexasApartmentKing.com by writing "TexasApartmentKing.com" on any and all paperwork you are asked to complete (such as a guest card or lease application). Without this written proof that you found your apartment through TexasApartmentKing.com, you may jeopardize your ability to collect the cash reward.

Only one person per lease is eligible to receive the cash reward and only one reward will be granted per lease signed. If different co-signers of the same lease submit separate reward claim forms, one reward will be granted for the first claim received and confirmed. Other claims for the same lease will be denied.

TexasApartmentKing.com is operated by TexasApartmentKing.com LLC.; all references to "TexasApartmentKing.com", "we", or "us" include TexasApartmentKing.com LLC. and its subsidiaries.

A property may discontinue listing on TexasApartmentKing.com at any time. The cash reward offer is only available for 30 days after a property cancels their TexasApartmentKing.com listing.

Because TexasApartmentKing.com cannot guarantee that a property will remain a TexasApartmentKing.com partner indefinitely, we cannot guarantee payment of the cash reward when a renter is moving to a property 90 days after the reward claim form is submitted.

The cash reward offer is not available for renters who may have previously lived in the property listed on their reward claim form or those who may have previously lived in a property related* to the property listed on their reward claim form.

The cash reward offer is not available to renters who are current or former employees of the property listed on their reward claim form or those who are current or former employees of a property related* to the property listed on their reward claim form.

The cash reward offer is not available to renters who have been referred by an apartment locator other than Texas Apartment King, LLC, or an existing resident of the property.

Payment of the cash reward is subject to confirmation from the property's management that the renter has become an occupant of the property.

Processing the cash reward can take 30 to 90 days, sometimes longer, from your move-in date or the day you report your lease, whichever is later.

Under no circumstances should you try to collect or inquire about this fee from the apartment complex yourself. The cash reward agreement is between you and Texas Apartment King, L.L.C. Attempting to collect this fee from the apartment complex will void your cash reward.

* A "related property" is a property that is owned or managed by the same company as the property listed on a renter's reward claim form.
